with objective of providing state of the art Technology and I.T. related
services to Corporate and SME sector of Pakistan.
The Management's objective was to be a leading provider
of comprehensive transitional IT outsourcing services and solutions. In
order to achieve the said bjective, the following key business strategies
were focused:
a. Develop long-term strategic partner relationships with clients;
b. Develop and enhance processes, methodologies and productivity-enhancing
software tools;
c. Focus on fixed-price, fixed-time frame projects;
d. Continue to expand its offshore software development resources;
e. Concentrate on key technologies; and
f. Attract, train and retain highly skilled employees. Our plan is to
remain focused on these core business principles while pursuing a rapid
growth strategy.

As the time passed Management was able to develop a loyal client-base
and trustworthy supply-line as well. It was these depenedable alliances which
enabled DigiMart to initate its first growth phase.
In First Phase, DigiMart started providing brand-name products to its
clients all over Pakistan, and while doing so it also developed a nation-wide
reseller network for its products.
In Second Phase, DigiMart executed a franchise agreement with a GSM
provider in Pakistan.
In Third Phase, DigiMart ventured into textiles manufacturing sector
of Pakistan.
In Fourth Phase, DigiMart entered into setting up Compressed Natural
Gas (CNG) Filling Stations.
